This reminds me of a profound moment I had as a young guy when I lost my grandfather. It feels like I was much younger, but as I do the math, I was in my second year of high school at the time. I remember visiting my grand-dad at his house a few days earlier and as we all sat and watched TV, I looked over at my grandfather and was suddenly hit with a sense of history, and found myself looking at my grandfather as a man for the first time. I suddenly felt like I wanted to have a real conversation with him about his life and get to know him a bit better. I couldn’t get the nerve up to start the conversation but as we were leaving, I felt the need to extend my hand out and shake his hand out of respect. I had never done anything like that before nor ever felt the need to. My grandfather passed away a few days later.

Have you ever had a premonition that something was happening or about to happen, and it turned out to be true?
