When To Go To Bed & When To Get Intimate

  • A new survey asked 1,000 people with ACTIVE lifestyles to come up with their ideal times to do stuff each day…like wake up, eat breakfast and have sex. Here’s what they said…
  • Wake up at 6:45am
  • Go for a short run at 7am…but i’m still in my pyjamas
  • Eat breakfast at 7:15am
  • Have sex at 7:30am
  • Buckle down at work at 9:45am
  • Take a break at 10:45am
  • Eat lunch at 12:15am
  • Have a snack at 3:30pm
  • Eat dinner at 6pm
  • Have a drink at 6:10pm…why wouldn’t you have the drink with dinner?
  • Exercise at 6:30pm…after eating and drinking?
  • Go to bed at 10:10pm…this gives you 20-30 minutes to fall asleep

Then wake up at 6:45am. and repeat. What? Who has a routine likes this? Then I remembered the people in the survey had active lifestyles….and…I don’t. ~ chris lukas
