Country At The Grammys
The 61st annual Grammy Awards will be handed out at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 10th, hosted by Alicia Keys.
First time Grammy nominees Dan + Shay will perform. They are nominated in the Best Country Duo/Group Performance and Country Song of the Year for Tequila.
“Being nominated for two Grammy Awards is an incredible honour by itself, but getting to perform on the show might be the ultimate highlight of our career,” they write on Instagram. “We’re grateful to share the prestigious stage with some of the greatest artists in the world, and hope that you’ll tune in on February 10 to share this special moment with us.”
Kacey Musgraves will also perform. She is a two-time Grammy winner and is nominated for four Grammys in 2019, including Album of the Year for her 2018 release Golden Hour, Best Country Solo Performance for “Butterflies,” Best Country Song for “Space Cowboy,” and Best Country Album for Golden Hour.
