Meet Devon! This will be Devon’s fourth season with Blackburn Radio! When she is not at local events and festivals in Windsor-Essex, she works as a support worker. The University of Windsor is home to Devon’s current studies. She looks forward to graduating from the Bachelor of Social Work program in April 2019. Devon’s passion for animals propelled her, at the age of 11, to stop eating meat. Now, Devon has been vegan for 4 years and advocates for animal rights with her University of Windsor club, Windsor Animal Allies. Devon loves the events and festivals in her city, some of her favourites include: Art in the Park, Walkerville Art Walk, and Tecumseh Corn Festival. She looks forward to seeing you there!
