Ryan Reynolds makes young fan’s wish come true
Ryan Reynolds made a little boy’s dreams come true.
Tony Acevedo, who is battling cancer, wanted to meet his favourite superhero and Reynolds was only too happy to oblige.
“Tony Acevedo asked Make A Wish Foundation if he could meet Deadpool,” Reynolds said on Instagram on Friday, accompanied by 2 pictures.
Wearing his red and black Deadpool costume, 38-year-old Reynolds spent some time with the little boy on the set thanks to a meeting arranged by the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
“I wasn’t expecting him to sneak the mask, put on the gloves, smile…and then beat Deadpool about the face, arms and jugular with blazing speed,” Reynolds said. “Tony’s next fight is with Hodgkin’s Disease. Hodgkin’s Disease best be wearing its brown pants. Huge thanks to @makeawishamerica.”
Deadpool will be released Feb. 2016.
