Emmys red carpet 2015 fashion: All the highlights
The Primetime Emmys aren’t exactly the “MTV Video Music Awards”, so the fashion choices are a little more conservative and conventional . . . but that doesn’t mean the red carpet was dull. Here’s what caught our eye:
First off, the HOTTEST person on the red carpet was OLIVIA CULPO, and we mean that LITERALLY. Temperatures in L.A. were in the triple digits, and Olivia nearly fainted from the heat.
It happened during a pre-Emmy interview with E!. She felt light-headed and bent down behind a podium. She Tweeted a photo of herself in a wheelchair afterward, with the caption, quote, “When you almost pass out on LIVE TV!”

A bunch of other stars were carrying small, battery-operated fans . . . Wendy Williams Tweeted a shot of Mario Lopez’s sweaty back, and he was so drenched he was alleviating the drought . . . Fred Savage was sweating, too . . . and Amy Schumer wiped the sweat off Ryan Seacrest’s face.

(E! News also has a video montage of celebrities whining about the heat.)
Fred Armisen wore a FREDDY KRUEGER GLOVE, and a tie with the same pattern as Freddy’s sweater. It could have been a tribute to the late Wes Craven . . . or a reference to a bit he did on Seth Meyers’ show last month, where he was doing a charity to send Freddy gloves to kids around the world.

Alan Cumming pulled off a classy suit . . . with high-end CROCS.
Rob Lowe looked sexy . . . and amazingly, he looked almost identical to how he looked at the Emmys 15 years ago. Who doesn’t age in 15 years?
Jessica Lange wore transition lenses like the ones your grandmother has. You know, those lenses that start off normal . . . but then they get dark like sunglasses when you go out in the sun.
And finally, here’s a random shot of Matt LeBlanc giving Jimmy Kimmel THE FINGER at the Emmys. Jimmy was goofing on Matt while presenting the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series.
