		<description><![CDATA[Windsor police say they&#8217;d like to hear from anybody who witnessed an accident this afternoon on the city&#8217;s west side.
It happened in the 1200 block of Felix Avenue just before 3 p.m.  It&#8217;s a quiet residential street.
A 74-year-old woman was hit by a car.
So far, the woman&#8217;s name and her condition haven&#8217;t been released.
