TIME’s 100 Most Influential People
“Time” magazine has released its annual list of the 100 Most Influential People. It’s kind of a sad state of affairs that celebrities make lists like this, but you can’t deny that they’re influential.
The ones who made the cut this year include . . .
America’s favorite couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift, Emma Watson, Reese Witherspoon, transgender “Orange Is the New Black”star Laverne Cox, Bradley Cooper, “Boyhood” director Richard Linklater . . .
“Good Wife” star Julianna Margulies, comedienne Amy Schumer, Chris Pratt, “Private Practice” star Audra McDonald, Tim McGraw, Kevin Hart,“Interstellar” and “Dark Knight” director Christopher Nolan, comedian John Oliver, Bjork . . .
Julianne Moore, “Saturday Night Live” boss Lorne Michaels, and “Empire” creator Lee Daniels.
Kanye and Bradley Cooper scored two of FIVE different covers . . . along with Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, ballerina Misty Copeland, and Univision news anchor Jorge Ramos.
For what it’s worth, the list was broken down into five categories, and each cover focuses on one of them, although the content inside is the same, of course.
Kanye represents “The Titans,” Bradley was chosen for “The Artists,” Misty represents “The Pioneers,” Jorge was chosen for “The Leaders,” and Ruth is the cover-woman for “The Icons.”
