Maren Morris Loves The Vibe At The ACM Awards
Maren Morris is Las Vegas-bound for this weekend’s ACM Awards. She’s a nominee and a performer at this year’s show, and Maren said she loves the chill vibe of this particular industry event.
“It’s always so cool to be nominated and like just showing up, getting to perform, getting to walk the carpet, being a fan in the crowd, just watching performances will be a riot, and I love the ACMs cause they’re really laid back and it’s less like stiff, not that the CMAs are stiff, but it’s a lot more like the Oscars and then the ACMs are like the MTV VMAs.”
Maren is nominated for Female Artist of the Year, and she’ll perform her current single, “Girl,” in addition to hitting the stage with the Brothers Osborne.
The ACM Awards will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday, April 7th on CBS at 8 pm.
