Learn How Jon Pardi Stays In Shape
Men’s Health went to Jon Pardi’s house to ask him about his healthy lifestyle for a segment they call “Gym and Fridge”.
Pardi works out three times a week with dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls. Those go under his bus and travel with him when he’s on the road. If there’s a time crunch he does pushups, sit-ups, planks, and jump squats.
And when they made him rifle through his fridge, he admitted he stocked it with healthy stuff because he knew they were coming.
Why else would there be lettuce, broccoli, asparagus, AND kombucha?
He did admit to eating eggs every day for breakfast, plus a lot of barbecue and elk meat from his hunting trips to Montana.
Also, the man loves pickles (there were several jars of them), and when he was asked about satisfying his sweet tooth, out came the container of red vines.
