Old Dominion just finished the fourth episode of their podcast called One Fan to Interview the Band. The recorded during a recent visit to Syracuse, New York.

The band is now off the road until December 4. In the meantime, they’ll each be traveling home for Thanksgiving break.

We talked to them about their holiday traditions and here’s what Matthew Ramsey and Trevor Rosen said.

Yeah. My family on Thanksgiving, it’s a big gathering. Family from everywhere comes to my parents’ house because usually, it’s like 40 people for dinner. You know, my mom’s got like tables in different rooms and she’s got the kitchen- she’s got like a schedule for what everyone is going to cook because they all come and stay for the week. It’s insane. So, they all cook the food, but before dinner, we always do like- get in a big circle and it takes a while, but everyone goes around the circle and says what they are thankful for. Trevor Rosen: Yeah, I grew up in Detroit, so part of the Thanksgiving tradition is to watch the Lions and it’s cool because sometimes they actually win.
