Maren Morris Celebrates Gold Album
Maren Morris’ 2019 sophomore album, Girl, has received RIAA Gold certification for sales and downloads of more than half a million units.
The album features her recent Number One, “The Bones,” as well as the title track which also claimed the top spot on the country charts last year.
Maren shared a picture of herself holding a giant plaque while surrounded by record label staff on Twitter on Wednesday, March 3rd.
She is expecting her first child, a boy, with husband Ryan Hurd later this month. Maren is set to play her last show before becoming a mom on Saturday (March 7th) at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
