Dolly Parton To Reunite With “9 To 5” Co-stars
Dolly Parton and her 9 To 5 co-stars Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda will reunite on the set of Lily and Jane’s Netflix show Grace And Frankie, likely this summer.
Dolly appeared on the UK show Lorraine where she said,
“We worked so well together on 9 to 5, it’s a crazy wonderful show. We’ve been trying to write me in somehow. So when it’s safe for us to actually do a production when they’re back, I’ll probably get around to doing that.”
The New York Post reports that production for the new season of Grace And Frankie will begin in June after being delayed several times due to the pandemic.
This will be the show’s seventh and final season.
Lily recently appeared on NBC’s Today show where she spoke about Dolly’s possible guest appearance telling Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager,
“We’re always hoping that will happen. We have a great role for her this time, I think she will do it. I’m just hoping she will.”
