Trace Adkins Didn’t Want To Go To Blake And Gwen’s Wedding
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani invited just a smattering of close family and friends to their recent wedding… plus Carson Daly who officiated.
Trace Adkins was recently asked if he knew the wedding was happening.
“Oh, yeah. He told me. I mean, he didn’t invite anybody to the wedding. I probably wouldn’t want to come anyway, because I didn’t want to witness that woman throw her life away like that. So, I didn’t wanna go, anyway.”
He was joking, of course. They’ve been friends for a long time.
So, when Blake recently admitted to having “awkward conversations” with people who were not being invited, Trace was one of them.
“Yeah, I’m sure a lot of people had some choice words for him. I did.”
