Justin Moore “Hated” His New Single At First
Justin Moore says he initially hated his new single, “You, Me & Whiskey,” featuring Priscilla Block.
And by hate he means love.
“When I first heard the title to ‘You, Me & Whiskey,’ I thought, ‘I hate this song, cause I like the title and I didn’t write it. And I’m only puttin’ songs I wrote on this album.’ And then I heard the song and said, ‘Well, crap. I gotta cut that.’ And (laughs) naw, it’s so well written, and a really good song, and it was nothing like anything we had for the album.”
“You, Me & Whiskey” will be on Justin’s upcoming album, which is scheduled for release in 2023.
