Happy 92nd Birthday Willie Nelson!
Happy birthday to Willie Nelson, who turns 92 today.
He just put out his 77th solo album this week, so he’s still rockin’ even in his 90’s, but some people would have you think otherwise.
A social media post this month suggested Willie was getting so long in the teeth that his son Lukas Nelson is basically his caretaker now.
AXS TV posted it, cut Willie’s wife Annie just shot back the other day and told them to knock it off.
Their post included a shot of Willie, Annie, and Lukas that a friend shared. It said Lukas is proud to be “taking care” of them and making sure they’re both “comfortable and living their best life.”
Annie commented on it, accused them of using the photo without permission, and called them LIARS.
“Why would you take a photo from someone else’s feed [and] then make stuff up?”
She also called them out for getting her age wrong. They said she’s 63, but a quick google says 68.
