Harmony in Action’s mission is to enrich the lives of adults living with developmental and/or physical challenges, by providing opportunities to succeed.
The event is not only a birthday celebration for Robert Higgins but a tribute to the memory of his sister Jenny Higgins. Jenny was a cornerstone of the Harmony in Action program. Her zest for life and happy smile will always be with those who knew her.
