[WATCH] Stranger Buys Oregon Gas Station Attendant New Car
Last week Bradley Rowe was working at the Safeway gas station in Oregon. It wasn’t busy that Friday morning, so he struck up a conversation with one man. He was chatting and mentioned that he’s been struggling to get a $2,000 car loan to buy a 1998 Ford Explorer. The two parted ways like any other transaction. It must’ve been something Bradley said, because that man, who Bradley doesn’t know the name of, went directly to a Kia dealership. Bill Ring was the sales rep, after the man told him the story and looked around, he decided to write a check instead.
“This should be enough for him to find something good. Something reliable.”
After verifying that the money was real and the funds were there, bill got to deliver the good news to Bradley. Bill then drove about 10 minutes to the gas station to find Bradley. “You really made a good impression on somebody today and somebody’s really going out of their way for you. Here’s my business card and when you get off work, you got to come pick out a new car.”
After getting off work that afternoon, Bradley and his girlfriend went to the KIA and Bradley picked out a 2016 Kia Sportage. Its the newest car he has ever owned and he had never had a key fob before.
When asked why the man did it, here’s what Bill said “he said that everything in his life changed when he found his faith and now he had the opportunity to give back to somebody who’s in need.”
That’s Bill 🙂
