[LISTEN] Want To Get Your Bike 🚲 Back If It Get’s Stolen In Windsor: There’s An App For That!
Bike Windsor Essex has partnered with an online database in an effort to help lower the number of bikes stolen each year.
Bike owners “park” their bike in a virtual lot by registering its serial number and then upload pictures of their bike to Garage 529 app.
If one is reported stolen, all app users are alerted and asked to be on the lookout. The added details stored in the app will help investigators track the bike down.
It will also help them return stolen bikes to their rightful owners after they’ve been found!
