For 4 decades ALBERT MADY has spent practicing martial arts in Windsor, so he knows a thing or two about protecting yourself.
Albert has received some of the highest accolades his sport has to offer as both a competitor and instructor, he even is the the first Canadian to achieve a 9th degree black belt in Ku Dan Isshin-Ryu karate! Oh, he can also smash a bunch of bricks with his arm!
