Everyone these days seems to have an outdoor rink or head to a pond or lake now that it’s cold enough to ice skate. I haven’t put on a pair of skates since I was at least 12 years old. So it’s safe to say I don’t know how anymore.

I had local skating expert and coach for over 33 years KRISTI PROVOST on the show this morning. Am I a lost cause? She had some tips for Adult non-skaters like me.
