[WATCH] 2 Brothers Have Been Re-gifting A LIFESAVERS BOOK For 35 Years
We all love those LIFESAVER BOOKS.
I can taste the Buttsercotch now.
This is the quirkiest holiday traditions you’ve ever heard of. Two brothers have been re-gifting candy to each other for more than three decades.
It started in 1987. Ryan Wasson got a Life Savers sweet story book for his brother as a joke for Christmas knowing his brother, Eric, didn’t like them. So Eric held onto them and re-gifted them back to Ryan the next Christmas. Fast forward 34 years, and they’ve been going back and forth every year trying to outdo each other and getting very creative.
They have involved family, co-workers, restaurant staff, and even a sheriff department one year, pretended to pull one of the brothers over and issued him the old lifesaver book.
Eric and Ryan say it hard to come up with ne ideas to surprise each other but its not going to end anytime soon.
They even asked for ideas on a local facebook group .
**If you go to buy one of these Lifesaver books now, don’t bother – they are all the same flavour – so lame.**
