Dustin Lynch Busy Writing On The Road
Dustin Lynch is enjoying his time out on the Very Hot Summer Tour with headliner Thomas Rhett.
For one, he’s surrounded by hit songwriters on the trek, including Thomas’ dad, Rhett Akins, Russell Dickerson and, of course, Thomas.
That said, Dustin said he’s making good use of his downtime.
“Offstage I look forward to writing a lot. We have Rhett Akins opening. We got Russell out there. We got myself and TR, and that leaves a lot of open bunks for songwriters to jump out and join us, and you never know what can happen so I’m gonna be writing with the intention of we could be going in the studio next week if we get a good one, you know, and so I’m writing a lot off stage.”
The Very Hot Summer Tour wraps up on October 12th in Nashville.
