It is brutal after a big snowstorm, when the city plows come by and leave mountains of snow and ice blocking your driveway. The longer it sits, the more it tends to freeze and solidify, making removal even more difficult for you, the homeowner or resident.

 A TikTok video got some quick action from Town of Ajax after plows leave massive snow pile at the end of resident’s driveway. If you don’t follow Joanna Johnson,  you should, she makes some great points.

 

 

 

 

 

I looked into it and found that back in 2018, if Windsor wanted to improve winter plowing, it’s would cost millions.
Currently there is no removal of the windrows left by the plows at the foot of your driveway in Windsor.
